You know for years I tried everything I knew to inspire my mom to exercise regularly and eat healthier; unfortunately she waited too late. May 15th 2009 she suffered several debilitating strokes. Unfortunately on January 2, 2010 she passed away. As you know, it’s a heart-breaking situation to see your loved one lose their ability to walk; think clearly; become less engaged with life and even fall into a state of depression.

Since then I’ve been highly motivated to divert my company’s focus to helping more individuals improve their health and fitness via Personal Training, nutritional coaching and soon to come—Whole Fitness Bootcamps. Thus the new name: Whole Fitness Rx. We will continue to help companies start and implement effective employee wellness programs.
